Black Wolf Syndicate - Membership Terms & Conditions
-Membership to the Club is by invitation or enquiry only.
Prospective Members will be vetted and background checked.
-An application for membership must be on forms provided by the Club for that purpose and on submitting from the online platform is therefore in agreement of these rules.
-Each Member warrants the accuracy of the information provided.
-Membership fees are payable to Black Wolf Syndicate with the application for membership.
-The duration of all memberships is for a minimum of 12 consecutive months.
-Each Member of Black Wolf Syndicate shall be at least seventeen years of age.
-Membership should be renewed within one month of the expiry date to guaranty same fee.
-Upon approval, members should introduce themselves via the Exclusive Members Forum.
-Any Member who through actions contravening the Codes of Conduct set out in the Club Rules will be liable to have their membership terminated and forfeit of the annual subscription in whole.
-Members shall abide by the Rules and Regulations set out and stated by the Proprietor and Management of the Club. Any member failing to adhere to the Club rules shall have their membership terminated without delay. All decisions are final.
-Each Member shall advise the Club and its management of any change of address, vehicle, vehicle registration and other relevant information.
-Black Wolf Syndicate is committed to ensure the privacy and security of all member information. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure all the information we collect.
Rules & Code of Conduct:-
-Each Member shall take responsibility for the security and safety of their belongings and property. Each Member agrees that the Black Wolf Syndicate will not be liable for any belongings or property or be liable for any claim or expense resulting to loss or damage to member’s or guest’s property.
-Each Member shall observe the Rules and Code of Conduct set out by the Club:
1. Violence will not be tolerated.
2. Bullying will not be tolerated.
3. Spam will not be tolerated.
4. Drug taking will not be tolerated.
5. Conduct yourself with decorum.
6. Treat the Club’s staff and Brand Representatives with respect.
7. Respect your Club.
8. Respect other Members.
9. All vehicles must meet individual event requirements.

-Changes to Terms and Conditions: We may, from time to time, change these Terms and Conditions without giving notice, but we will use our reasonable endeavours to inform you as soon as is reasonably possible of any such changes.
